Indoor Rainbow

Today when I left to drive the kids to kindergarten, the sky was blue and the sun was shining! Snow was sparkling and ice was melting. A perfect winter day! Ten minutes later as I was pulling into my driveway, the sky was white and overcast. Back to the black and white winter of January. But, not to fear, once inside, I discovered that Peter was finger painting on the floor of the closet. Paint colors on school books, coats, hats, carpet and all over the little boy! If we can't have color outside, we can create our own inside :)

The best part of this story is that Ben was responsible for the kids at home while I was carpooling, so he, not I, had to clean up the mess!
